Not responding to Menopur

Hi lovely ladies,

I am currently on 1st round of IVF and I am unfortunately not responding to Menopur. I have polycystic ovaries and my dose has been upped to 300 and whilst the nurse has told me this is normal I am freaking out!! Have any of you been in the same situation? I am worried I am never going to respond! They also think I may have a hydrasalpinx and may need an op for this. Have any of you been in the same boat? Any advice would be greatly appreciated xx

I forgot to mention I have an Amh of 25 x
