Feeling soooo nervous for first scan tomorrow 🙈

I am sooooo nervous! 7 week scan tomoorw and I’m now panicking as I’m feeling a little ok today whereas have had so many symptoms. I know all the symptoms are positive but also had some spotting which had worried me, trying to be positive but so terrified after reading so many bad outcomes recently 😫
