Mini IVF vs Conventional IVF

Hi Everyone

I am 32 and have AMH of less than 1 and high FSH. Can anyone tell me the difference between Mini ivf and Conventional IVF and what would work best for me? My doctor told me he wanted to started me on the highest dose of IVF but not sure now as seen a few posts about that not always being the best thing :S
