Blastocyst

Hi all.

I had my blastocyst transfer this morning.

All went well.

Felt awkward as I had a male embryologist. Eeek!

Needed toilet the whole time. So uncomfortable.

Hoping it works the first time. X

Luckily I have my husband home for the first week. His work gave him unpaid leave.

Husband and my 'friends' series keeping me busy.

Hoping to feel this way the whole 2weeks xx

Well done on your transfer, amazing to have a blastocyst put back. Hoping so much it works for you. That’s so lovely your husband will be home with you this week. I’m enjoying some time chilling out with mine over the weekend. It’s his birthday weekend too which is nice. So much luck for the 2ww and a BFP for both of us 😘 xx

Well done! My gynocologist is a male and he is amazing! and for both EC & ET I had a male dr,He was lovely! Good luck for the 2ww 🤞🏻X

Oh I had a male Gyno too, plus a male trainee who was watching the procedure! I was high up on the table, legs splayed, with a huge light shining in between my legs so he could see what he was doing. My DH was sat next to me holding my hand. It was the single most bizarre experience of my life to date! Wishing you the best of luck for the 2WW Xx

Awwww im glad you reached that stage with the embryo now inside you. The thought if having a male doc is making me feel uncomfortable too. But you got to do what you got to do. I know they are the most expert in my hosp! Im due for egg collection on Wed. Need everyones prayers.

Good luck hunny and hope you get your BFp. Mine was male too and he highered the bed up so my vagina was eye level... with that huge spot light! Lol! The things we go through xxx
