The boys decided to come at exactly 37 weeks I'm currently living In france with my partner for the winter. My waters broke at 3am and started contracting straight away I got to the hospital for 8 and I was already 6cm I was given the epidural and by 1.30 I was pushing twin 1 is Benjamin he was born using forceps and then twin 2 Samuel decided to turn and was born breech very quick labour both boys are doing great and I'm recovering well had quite a few stitches so a little sore.

Congratulations, they’re perfect! 😍 lovely names too 🙂 so pleased to hear you had a quick labour. Can I ask, is the epidural pretty effective in terms of managing pain? I want one (because I’m so scared of having a natural birth) 😱 xxx
Thank you very much. Soon as I had the epidural I didnt feel any contractions as I got to 10cm dilated all I could feel was a period cramp feeling the forceps did hurt that was like a burning sensation as the doctor was pulling the epidural gave m time for rest before I was pushing xx
