IVF drug shopping

After our miscarriage following IVF last year we’re on a mission to try again.

But thanks to where we live, we’ve had our one and only free try on the NHS...

So as my title suggests, we’re shopping around for the best place to get our drugs from. Has anyone any experience in this? Can anyone recommend one place over another? We’ve been advised to try supermarkets and known pharmacies, we live in the Birmingham area.

No experience sorry but we are looking at funding a private cycle too and have been looking into meds. I’ve read that ASDA are meant to be very good and have a non profit price in place. Have a look online and see if they are available in your area.

I got quotes from about 10 different places including Asda. The cheapest I found were Biodose. You can email them for a quote then you just post your original prescription to them. They phone you as soon as it’s received, take payment over the phone & then their delivery people phone you back to arrange delivery. Only takes a couple of days so really quick process.
