This is my first FET.. I’m actually not on any meds, it’s a natural transfer. Relying totally on my body.

I’m nervous 😟

Don't be nervous about anew unmedicated FET. I had one and it was my only success! Have faith in your body.

Just make sure you have a balanced diet over the next week and plan some relaxing activities that'll take your mind off things in the 2ww. I came home and watched a comedy that had me laughing into the night. Then I went back to work after a few days (perfect distraction, even though I work with kids!).

Yes this is my first frozen. And we only have one embryo so all my hopes are in this one working ! 🙈😥

I feel anxious, I am struggling to find a balance between being positive and not getting my hopes up, so up and down! The meds don’t help ! 😳 I’m on progesterone pessaries and three lots of eostrogen. I was hoping for a natural transfer but I guess we have to trust that our doctors know what they’re doing ! Fingers crossed x x

I'm struggling with that balance as well. I'm getting on with my days with this odd feeling in the back of my mind of how things will turn out!

I know what you mean, it’s difficult , all we can do is be as positive as possible and hope for the best.🤞🏻

I’ve booked a couple of days off work after transfer so I can just chill and not get stressed.
