Thank you all so much for being there for me over the last few days.
I retested this morning as instructed by my clinic. No miracle 😢 So I've now stopped all my medication and have to wait for af to arrive. I'm absolutely petrified as I know my endometriosis pain will be bad. I'm dreading it. After my miscarriage in march I ended up in hospital for a week as the pain was unbearable and I was very poorly.
Hi hellsbells36. So sorry to hear this, but hopefully you will have a pretty normal AF. Might be a bit heavier, but remember this is not a miscarriage, so rest when you can and have some analgesia ready just in case. Thinking of you. Diane
Thanks Diane. I know this is not a miscarriage but I also know what my periods are like without having been on lots of hormonal drugs. I always have lots of painkillers to use every month the witch arrives.

Bless you, it must be awful every month. Gentle hugs. Diane
I have had two miscarriages. The first was dreadful and I had to be off work for a fortnight (I’ve never had this long off in my life before), the second one I didn’t need any time off work at all because it didn’t hurt much more than a period. I’m telling you this cos I wanted you to know that it might not be as bad as you expect. I hope you are all stocked up on painkillers.
Re your endo, I take it you’ve had a laparoscopy etc? Have you got good medical advice for your endo?
