So, I had my transfer earlier this afternoon. Embryo was a 3bb blastocyst and everything went really well.
I was just wondering if anyone had any tips for the 2ww? Things to eat or not eat?
Thank you
Xx

Great news!!! Best of luck! 🍀
Hey! Great news! I’ve got into mct oil, it has many health qualities. It’s the one they use in “bulletproof coffee” but I put it in hot chocolate because I’m avoiding caffeine. Also taking collagen as a supplement is supposed to be good for cell growth- no good if you’re vegetarian though.
Sending good vibes! Xxx
Good luck!! I drank tons of pomegranate juice as read good things about it xx
Good luck for a bfp 🤞💗💙👣🌈💋
Good luck!
My clinics top tip was just be kind to yourself. Eat well, drink as much water as you can and laugh.
Wishing you lots of luck, i ate pineapple for 5 days after ET and drank lots of pomegranate juice x
Good luck 😘🍀 pineapple and Brazil nuts apparently might help? Xx
Where does everyone buy the pomegranate juice? Struggling to find any! Am now 6 day’s after transfer- do I need to carry on with the pineapple x
I found it at my local co op. It’s pretty expensive though at just under £4!
I’ll have to have another look- is it with the fresh juices? May be too late for me to try know as on day 6 xx
Yes it is. Quite a sharp taste to it, but it’s nice. I’ll just keep having a glass of that every morning I think ☺️
Good luck for the rest of your 2ww. How are you feeling? Xx
Thank you to everyone for replying. Will have a look into these ☺️ xx
Good luck!
I had pineapple core for 1st 5 days.
Pure pomegranate juice from collection (still drinking it now at 7 weeks)
5/6 Brazil nuts daily & a mixture of others (lidls mixed nuts are good)
Aduki beans - I made a stew with these & other lentils & legumes & kale/spinach. Google about aduki beans its interesting reading.
And only had warm food for the first 2weeks.
I didn't do any of this on my last failed transfer. I'm currently 7 weeks pg. Don't know if it's helped but I would do them all again.
Good luck & hope this helps. Xx
Keep yourself busy - but nothing too strenuous. A balanced diet. I found writing my doubts in a journal meant I could address the negative thoughts but not dwell on them. Good luck!
Ah I had my transfer today too!! Best of luck!!!! Xxx
I honestly think if it’s going to work it will! But do whatever you think helps as it’s the positive attitude that helps! I had the glue the first time and have a 2 year old girl. Paid for the glue again with my second FET and am now 11 weeks pregnant! The clinic say it doesn’t scientifically help but Is like a placebo effect. Good luck x
Oh wow! That is excellent news. I hope you get your bfp. Just keep it nice and easy. Don't over work yourself. Try not to think to much about the result. Good luck!
