Thanks Hun no not yet I’m getting the pains I normally get but no bleeding yet. We’re going out with family so haven’t really dealt with the emotions of it yet either. I’m sure it will hit at some point xx
Did you get your results. Sometimes docs look at the results and see normal range but you need them to be optimal for ttc. Iv recently got hold of mine and from what I'm reading apart from the obvious deficiencies I have. My thyroid levels aren't good for ttc and now I believe they aren't for early pregnancy I'm demanding a blood test from my gp and hopefully get it sorted if it's not in the optimal range. We have to be on top of our own health. Sometimes things get overlooked. Maybe get your results printed out and see what they are. Just to make sure then you know everything is as it should be 💗🤗😘
Sorry to hear this. It never gets any easier - I think mid month I am ok (hopeful) then a wreck each time af arrives. I think the hope keeps us going though so don’t give it up. I find it helps to try a new supplement each month & have a few lined up to try over the coming months. Maybe something like that would help you feel in control a bit? Take care x
Thank you I wasn’t sure how many supplements you can take at a time I already take pregnacare so can you take too many? I do t think I’m going to every get used to af coming. I think I’m just feeling down and like it’s never going to happen for me xx 😘
Read orla9298 posts re supplements. Looks like there’s no such thing as too many ! I tend to introduce one at a time & sometimes drop one before picking up another. There are a lot of things to try , just a thought xx
