EC day

So this morning collected 10 eggs. Unfortunately however only 3 were viable. So, fertilisation this afternoon and we will await the call tomorrow to find out if we have any embryos.

Thanks Mrs H. I am a little disappointed but I did know there were three front runners from the scans. I guess I got a bit over excited when they said they had collected 10. X

I used to say I had 5 collected but only 3 were mature. But the "but only" got replaced with "I'm happy/lucky to have".

Got to try and keep positive. I had three front runners aswell, they all fertilised and made it through to blast. Quality over quantity and it only takes one.

I was so deflated after ec I broke down in tears. I think for me it was the worst point. The height of the medication and the pressure to perform.

Tomorrow you will get the call that all three of your musketeers will be fighting on x

Hey there I only had 4 eggs at ec and only 3 mature enough for injecting. 2/3 fertilised and I had the 2 embryos transferred at day 3, currently on my 2ww 🤞good luck for your call tomorrow
