I'm being ridiculous......

I know I'm being ridiculous but if I could get a little reassurance that would be great!

I went to the loo (TMI no.2) this morning about an hour after doing my cyclogest (up the bum!) when I wiped there was a patch of blood. I then wiped the front and there was no blood, so I can only presume it's from all the cyclogest?! Has anyone else bled from the cyclogest? I've had nothing since, and as far as I can tell nothing from the front, I'm on day 2 of the 2ww, and obviously very nervy at the mo!! Xxx

Too early for AF I think so you can probably file that one out. I'm not sure if I imagined it but I remember seeing a speck of blood when I got pregnant with my son. You say it's Day 2, was it a blasto? Could be implantation bleed?!

I've never bled from Cyclogest but I suppose that's definitely possible too.

Thank you, I thought it must be too early for AF, but I seem to have gone from a rational human being to a lunatic! Yep day 2, and they popped back a day 5 blastocyst. This is such a weird time!

Hi Aleelilook. This is very common when using the pessaries rectally. Most of us have a couple of internal piles (haemorrhoids), that never even bother us, unless they are messed about with. Either from straining, or by using pessaries, which is all that is needed to upset them temporarily. If it should persist, I'm sure your GP will reassure you. Hope it soon settles down. Diane

Thank you so much Diane, in normal circumstances I probably wouldn't have given it a second thought, but rational thinking seems to be tricky at the mo!!

I think the pessaries can be quite irritating. I used hole 1 😝 And got quite sore & irritated so wouldn't be surprised it could cause a bit of spotting. Keep an eye on it but try not to worry-impossible request in the 2ww I know lol!!

Big hugs & take care xxx
