well, I am myself overwhelmed by all of the stuff that has happened over the last 4-5 days. I know that I haven't been updating much because I just couldn't do it. I was so emotional and now I feel fine and a bit sad, we have met our SM and she was so nice and beautiful but what now? we have a whole month before the next time we meet.

Yes, just didn't obsess about it during the whole cycle thinking about it. I would just carry on as normal, when it came to taking bruserilin/ Gonal F I'd just do it, we agreed not to obsess as your mama s plays tricks. Also helped me relax more right up to eggs Transfer so a healthy relaxed mind for both was good. This had a major impact on my cycle in my opinion. We all know how hard it is and our daily thoughts overtake our emotions and it's not good. So yes, that's it and raking Zita west folic acid and vitamin d as well as a green diet and fish, last two weeks before egg collection we went in with our diet 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼👫🦄just relax and don't think or talk about it, just go about your day, as normal (I know it's easier said than done) but it really did help us 🤗😘🙏🏼💓🔮🦄🔮🦄🔮🦄🔮🦄🔮🦄🔮all the best, I'll be following, sending positive relaxed vibes! 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼⭐️⭐️✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨
