9dp5dt BFP (9 days past 5 day transfer) IVF ICSI

Hi Everyone,

Just thought I'd post this, as I know I personally love seeing posts like this.

Apologies for anyone who isn't in a good place at the moment.

I had my transfer on the 31/01/2017, I have been testing since 5dp5dt (Woops)

I got my first BFP on a cheapie stick from Wilko - Its very faint but its a line ( top one in pic ) 7dpt (Tuesday), and the following day got a much darker line (bottom one in pic)

Today I got Pregnant 1-2 weeks on a clear blue digital!!!

Early days I know, after 5 years of trying I feel like I am walking on air - I never thought this would work.

Fingers crossed for a sticky baby!

I know I constantly search online for everything, so I f you have any questions just let me know and I will try and answer for you!

It's incredible... I see you are also not so patient lol. Today is also my 9dp5dt!! But I've tested yesterday and I can't see even faint line, but some do and it's weird, right? however, it was also cheapy and it's too early...dunno. Best wishes for you and your baby!! xx

Congratulations thats fab news. Just wondering if you had any cramping at all after your transfer? Im nearly a week after my transfer and had some period type pains monday night which went but they have come back this afternoon which is worrying me now! ! X

Thank you! yes I have been cramping the last few days, before I got my BFP I though my period was coming - I am still cramping now! Try not to worry, I have everything crossed for you! xx

A little update, I called the clinic on Friday and told them we were pregnant - they asked if we could test again next friday and then they will book in a scan! no bloods? well anyway its just a waiting game now to see our little bean!

I tried another clear blue yesterday an it said 2-3 weeks so it is definitely progressing! Yay! xx

Congratulations firstly 😃I am on 9dpt5dt. Since yesterday I have period style cramps and this is now the exact date I should have my periods normally.

I’m worried that it didn’t work.

Is it normal to have the strong cramps so late? When can I do a check? I have the official test 2 weeks. My friends are telling me not to do home test. If it’s negative I will get nervous and it might false.

Any advices?
