Does anyone know how the grade of an embryo relates to success rate of pregnancy? I had 3 AA 2 years ago but mc and I now have one remaining frozen embryo 5BC left. As I am 37 I am undecided whether or not to go for full cycle or go straight to embryo transplant?
Any feedback helps.

I had to make this exact decision a year ago and went for the fresh cycle.
I had a good blastocyst in the freezer, but had miscarried my first cycle so was anxious about the same happening again. I didn't feel strong enough to face a bfn and it all being over again so did the fresh to open up more options and keep moving forward.
My consultant also said my chances were good with either as they were both a reasonable grade and would just be down to luck and at 38 years old I should think about a fresh if I ever though if having a sibling. This was a totally foreign concept to me as I was just desperate for one. But he argued that if I got a bfp and then did the full pregnancy and new baby I could face another cycle at 40 years old when my chances would be lesser.
I went for a fresh cycle and am now 28 weeks pregnant with 3 frozen if I want them and at the time of transfer I felt much less pressure knowing that. Downside is that I have no savings left!!
I definitely made the right decision for me though, it was a hard one to make.
I just read your post now. I have decided to go ahead with the last embryo. It was a difficult decision. I will keep you posted what will happen. Fingers crossed everything is okay. I am so happy for you...good luck to both of us
I forgot to ask you..is there any advice or things you have done differently from when you had your first cycle to the second one? say, food you eat? exercises? other treatments? supplements?
also I am curious about grade of your fresh and frozen cycle. Do you think grade 5BC is okay ?
Both my cycles were fresh and don't actually know the grade mine were...one 3 day and one 5 day.
Second time I used a hot water bottle loads and really upped my protein intake: lots of chicken, eggs, pulses and milk. Collected more and higher quality on the whole.
Did normal exercise and took conception multivitamin and no alcohol or caffeine.
No one told me about acupuncture on my first round. I did 4 sessions last year but stopped as it costly but i am booking acupuncture next week as i probably will have ET as well. I just resigned at work so no stress as much as possible. Any idea how often should you have acupuncture?
Also i am taking lots of vitamins such as pregnacare, primrose, selenium, vit A and C and D. Are these all too much?
