Round 2 ... feeling flat

Just started round 2 after long break from treatment - down reg at the moment and feeling very low .. Any tips on how to keep positive?

Hi, feeling the same. I was so positive with round 1, but this one just feels different. I guess it's normal as we would all hope that first time would just work, and when it doesn't it's a bit of a shock. I'm sorry I can't give any advice, but just wanted you to know someone else is in the same place. X
