Hi ladies , just back from getting one of our fresh embryo's transferred. Definitely agree the worse part was having a full bladder! Amazing to be able to see the little embryo floating about! Does anyone have any survival tips for this 2ww? X ❤️❤️☘☘

Embryo on board!
Oh good luck. I came up with a wee idea to help with our two week wait. I got a sheet of blue paper and a sheet of pink paper. My husband wrote 7 ideas on the blue paper and I put 7 on the pink paper. Ideas were things to do like a wee task or activity each day that would relax us, make us laugh and mainly to take our minds off the ivf. We placed all these in a bowl and took turn about to pick one so I would pick a blue one out then he would pick a pink one. It certainly helped pass the two weeks and we have done some fun things to boot. Best advice is try to relax as much as possible. I walked dog lots and did some acupuncture and mindfulness.
Take care and good luck xxxx
I wish you every success, we ourselves could be at that point next month.
Good luck Hun 😃🍀 Just relax ...eat lots of fruits and vegetable ..eat what pregnant woman should and shouldn't . Drink plenty water, keep your feet warm , go with hubby for walk , go see friends that really help to keep your mind busy . Don't do any lifting and take a easy with house works ...don't do anything that don't feel right. Fingers crossed for u Hun 🍀🍀🙏
