Hi everyone I'm Lisa I've just started ivf and finding it tough doin injections worrying there not right. Really glad to find a site with people in the same situation

My 1st three injections of menopur i lost a bit of the solution my dose is 150 so I drew back the liquad to 150 but I hadn't realised the syringes werent fully up at the top so I hadn't been gettin the full amount there was a tiny gap at the top just tiny but was 3 injections do u think this wud cause problems

Hi Lisa, try not to worry too much (easier said than done!) it's early days and the hospital monitor you anyway so can alter your dose or give you more guidance if you need it.

I found it helpful to watch YouTube videos of people drawing up he doses and then injecting just to give me some reassurance. You'll soon be doing them without thinking, it becomes second nature! Good luck! x x x

See now past 2 days been doing them not a problem was just my 1st three jags so hopefully they won't affect it as I really want everything going to there timetable as I'm booked of work. It's all so worryin we aren't nurses so I hope they allow in the dosage for things like that??

You're on the meds for such a long time I'm sure it won't make much difference. Worse case scenario you would have to jab an extra day or two but that could happen anyway, try not to worry!
