You're right we must try and "bin" our negativity. It's a New Year which can bring good things if we think positive.

So agree Becks, but it is difficult facing a new year and trying to be positive. Awful weather doesn't help or having friends up north suffering hardship and facing an uncertain few months as they try to clear up and get themselves back to normal.

Your post is so humorous but says it all.2015 is In the past and we should be looking forward to 2016 and sharing our progress ,whether it be " good " or

" bad ".I've given myself 12 months to get down to reasonable weight - I

have about 8 stone to lose in total but I'm excited and looking forward to the flight and hope many more come on board.
