Hi lady I'm 7weeks 6days pregnant but look 5 months why is this

Hi Bodysarah,

I think it will be down to the drugs taken during the IVF cycle, not to mention the swelling caused by EC. I looked about 5 months pregnant by the time we got to ET! It takes a while for that to go back to 'normal' and in the meantime you have a baby growing in there. I don't think you need to be concerned.

I was exactly the same! I looked pregnant from the day off egg collection! I also think it is the drugs and the procedures we have been through. I have just learnt to enjoy it! At 14+4 weeks I look at least 6 months. However, at 35 I will probably not have anymore children so I'm enjoying every moment of looking hugely pregnant! Hey, am like 2 days after embryo transfer but am so bloated I look 5 months already! It the medicine that goes with the process. Mine began after follicle retrieval.
