My husband has had a test which confirmed he sperm count and we have decided artificial insemination im sonfused on whonlong this would take on the nhs as i have a 14 boy from a previous relationship or consider private as it seems expensive while saving for a mortgage

If the NHS will cover you, take it! Most areas won't cover you at all if either of you have had a child! But do take advantage of every test the NHS will offer you as it will lower your costs if you do go privately.

I had to wait 2 and a half years for ivf with my partner which faied now his sperm count is zero would you know time scales for artificial insemination on the nhs if we qualify
