Reflexology

Just been looking into reflexology. I was wondering if anyone could give me any advice on using reflexology with ivf. I have a consultant appointment tomorrow and was going to ask them. But I wanted to hear about others experience

Hello, I'm a reflexologist and I'd certainly recommend reflexology, but of course I'm biased. IVF can be very stressful both physically and emotionally and any support you can get will help. I'd recommend that you look for a reflexologist who has trained in ReproReflexology which has very specific protocols to help you through IVF. General reflexology will be relaxing but a ReproReflexology specialist is likely to have a much more detailed knowledge of the IVF process and how best to help you through it, both physically and emotionally.
