So since my last update I am at cd44 and still no period and still negative hcg tests I don't really know what to do from here. I can't start my third cycle of clomid because my period hasn't started. I feel like I'm going a bit crazy feeling some symptoms of pregnancy like nausea and fatigue also some aches. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated right now xx

Have you spoken to your clinic? I had ruptured follicles (cysts) after ICSI treatment which meant I didn't get a period for 3 months and had to have medication to start my period. I'm not a medical professional so don't know if you can get the same thing using Clomid. Stress can also effect periods so could be that as well.
