2nd time lucky-this time short protocol

Hi it's been over 12 months since our last ivf cycle.

This time is slightly different as I'm on short protocol after having OHSS last time. Injections are going to start around 25th august (depending on cycle)

I've been on metformin for the last month as been advised from my consultant it will reduce the chances if OHSS by over 50% phew!!

Any one else had metformin for this reason?

I'm slightly nervous but excited for our adventure. I'm having reki (so is my hubby!) and I've got the belief cd by Helen McPherson, I thought hey why not-we are also very lucky to be on 6weeks summer hols so relaxation is key.
