It will be self funded IVF I guess...

But just be mindful that on this forum there are a lot of people who have not had any children. While I understand you want a child with your new partner it may be difficult for some to digest that you already have three.... I am more than certain you treasure these wi all your heat but continue to do so and don't become angry and stressed about wanting another. Be gratefull for those you have had.

Also, I sympathise with the reasons you had your tubes removed... It just be terrible to be in that situation which is why I can only begin to imagine. I have been very lucky in my life and now I am hoping my IVF journey for our first child will be a success.

I have felt the need to post something similar on here previously where a lady had stated she was desperately sad as although she had one baby she wanted another. Some of us are struggling with just having the one....

Whatever you decide to do though good luck.

Thank you for putting that so politely! I was about to rant but there's no need when you've said everything I wanted to say without having to be disrespectful. I agree fully and the NHS doesn't fund ivf when you've conceived naturally so it will be private. Thanks again jsth, this comment will make sure no one posts anything nasty.

There was no need for me to be impolite! We have all got our story and all need somewhere to go (metaphorically) because although the statistics would suggest more people having similar issues they never seem to be people you really know or trust. So this forum has the best of both worlds: you can rant and grieve and ask for advice and you know everyone will be able to provide some advice or information and we don't have to worry about 'trust' as its anonymous...
