Egg collection was originally planned for today but now planned for Thursday as my little follicles are growing rather slowly. I now have 19 of them, ranging from 5mm to 16mm... I know that's not bad so I am not worried, just fed up of waiting now.
By the way, does anyone know when I should stop taking buserelin?
Just spoken to the nurse, egg collection is Friday and I take buserelin until Wednesday.. We are getting there slowly but surely!
An extra couple of days on your stims will make all the difference your follicles grow 2mm a day so they will be just right.. I know it seems we're always waiting but its worth it.. I was on stims for 14 days.. xx
Mine are only growing 0.5 a 1mm per day, but that's cos I have told my ovaries to focus on quality LOL... Feeling ok, luckily off work now so can veg out and make the most of being able to relax.
Ahh ok. It is better to focus on quality rather than quantities. Enjoy your relaxing hun 
I'm feeling really bloated and sore now, but mood wise ok. I am lucky in that my GP signed me off for two weeks starting Monday just gone, so I am vegging at home at the moment.. Good for relaxing but it means the time is going really slowly.
I am a bit nervous about EC but I just want them out of me now! I am also getting stressed about my husband as, although he has no sperm issues, mornings aren't the best time for him to be doing ... you know. He struggles at the best of times to 'do his thing' first thing in the morning so I am worried he just won't be able to get anything. He tells me not to worry though and I don't want to ask him for any more reassurance which would just out more pressure on him. I just don't know what will happen if they have my eggs but no sperm. Probably worrying for nothing though.. I'm sure it'll be fine for you too x
