Two grade b+ embryos transferred 07/03/14 having really bad pains in my side. Is this a good thing?

Hi had 2 grade b+ embryos in on 07/03/2014 and having really bad pains in my side and a lot of wind. Does any one else have any of these? What other things should I look for for a good sign that everything is okay.

I had two embryos put back in January and had cramps and constipation. I think it is the progesterone plus the ovaries having been fiddled about with!! Your two week wait will be up soon, best of luck xx
