No, I'm afraid not. If it was that simple, everyone would move around!
You'll hate me for saying this, but it wouldn't be very fair if it was the case really.. as resources as so limited. Shame the NICE guidelines dont look as if they will come into play any time soon and we all have to take our one chance. You can lobby the NHS though to give you another chance, try speaking to your GP.
