Hi I have been getting acupuncture since June, i've PCOS for 15yrs, and wont get any help from NHS until i loose weight (which i am doing but not at their unrealistic time scales & rate). Not pregnant yet, but defo feel a lot more at peace & hopeful than I have been in a long long time, periods have went from no cylce to a 4-5 week cycle, Im ovulating which again wasnt really happening, so its definately doing something, just need to keep my fingers crossed
i would defo recommend xx
Hi I got acupuncture to help regulate my periods as they were all over the place and it worked or at least it made me feel better which is the most important thing xx
I had acupuncture before before we were put on ivf list and found it good for relaxing etc.
My best friend used it previously for pain relief & subsequently used it to help while doing her final ivf cycle & fell pregnant.
I hadmaya massage a long time before starting treatment, it was nice to get a regular massage.
During my second round of treatment, I used acpuncture - the sessions at egg collection and embryo transfer were key. I really enjoyed these. I had my best response to treatment at this round - more eggs, and a positive result (although this was a chemical pregnancy).
Hi , I had acupuncture for 6 months, while waiting to be referred to the fertility clinic... I also have to loose weight and the waiting list is long ...
acupuncture is balancing the body, is good for relaxation too. Osteopathy can be good too.. I als bought a couple of good books The Fertility Plan and The Better Baby book
Good luck !
Thanks! You too!
