Advice / opinions please (FET TWW)

Hi ladies

I had to pop back up on here as something crazy happened a few hours ago. I had a late afternoon nap as I felt very tired today. I am on day 9 post frozen embryo transfer (4AB).

I woke up and went to get some water and once I sat down on the bed, randomly and suddenly quite a strong cramp in the middle of my belly started. I mean, when I say strong, I’d say on a scale of 1-10 about a 7. It wasn’t in waves - just constantly there. It was tolerable but at the same time it wasn’t as every movement was making it worse. I tried to walk around, drink water, lay down, even went toilet and had a bowel movement, thinking it was to do with that, but nope - it was still bad. Could feel it in my lower back too - specially left side, but mainly smack in the middle of my belly. Never had this before and not sure if it’s a good or bad sign. Thankfully no bleeding otherwise I’d have been worried… test day is around end of week so I want to try and not do a test until then.

The cramp lasted for a solid 20 mins and then finally slowed down, but was still there very mildly for a good hour or so.

Has anyone else experienced this???
