I have PCOS and wasn't ovulating at all, I've tried Clomid, and letrozole and if and when I ovulate on those medications I've been able to feel ovulation, sharp pains and a dull ache which has been painful when sitting down. I had IVF a few of months ago which sadly didn't result in a pregnancy but I have ovulated twice since then on my own. It is so painful!! The pain both times has woken me up in the night and had me pacing about. I wouldn't even say its a cramp it's like stitch from running in my ovary and a pain like being punched in the privates when trying to sit down.
Has anyone else experienced this? Are my ovaries more sensitive since the IVF? I don't have endometriosis and don't have heavy periods which I know could've been a factor.
Hoping this is common and maybe this is just normal and because I don't ovulate often it's happening with a bang! 😅
