12wks 3 days and had bleeding yesterday

I’m 12 wks and 3 days and yesterday had bleeding no clots just bleeding went to a&e and did bloods said we’re fine but can’t get scan until tomorrow and I didn’t bleed during the night but this have some tiny bit I’m really worried and so anxious this is ivf pregnancy, any one experience the same ?
