AMH levels

Hi. It was suggested that I had my AMH bloods done again because I am 37 now and they wanted to see if there's a decline in my egg reserve due to my age. I'm about to start a second cycle of ivf. My levels came back as 47.4L and has been noted that it is high for my age which could be PSO. They have said that this could effect my chances. I've previously had a successful Ivf pregnancy who is now 1 years old and PSO has never been mentioned to me before. Has anyone else had high AMH levels at this age or older? I'm worried that maybe it's worth my wife doing the next round of ivf and has this contributed to my failed FET last month? 🤷‍♀️
