Covid damaging sperm - already started IVF cycle! Help!

Hi! I've just read that covid damages sperm and male fertility. My partner and I had covid, we recovered 3 weeks before swims started for our first round of IVF. We've just finished 7 days of stims, my first scan is tomorrow. I feel absolutely terrified now, we've put all our energy into this and now our chances have been reduced even further. I suppose I'm looking for some reassurance or knowledge if anyone has any - the information is pretty sketchy atm
