Spotting at 6 weeks

Hi everyone, almost 6 weeks pregnant. Had some spotting when I wiped after a pee on saturday morning. Went for scan & couldn't see why this had happened. Strong heartbeat seen etc so felt more at ease. Just had another episode of spotting after going for a pee this morning about 4am, and had another bit again this afternoon. Really starting to freak out about this & just cant settle. I have no pain etc, just the same nausea I have experienced for a few weeks now. Only ever get this spotting when I wipe after going to the toilet, nothing free flowing or clumps or lumps. Has anyone else had any similar things happen?
