Hi All

looking for some advice/ real life stories.

Me and my husband have had two failed rounds of IVF while we are waiting for our next go we want to continue trying naturally, we have a couple of issues one of them been I have thyroid antibodies, my thyroid levels are still within range so I do not need to take thyroxine just yet. I have read and been told if I go gluten free then it should reduce the activity on the antibodies and help getting pregnant and staying pregnant.

I was wondering if anyone has been in the same position as me and managed to get pregnant naturally? and is it worth going gluten free? me and my husband want to have a bit of normality between now and our next go so if we can get away without going gluten free it would be ideal. Thanks for reading any advice would be much appreciated.
