Luteal phase support treatments in IVF

Medical student really interested in specialising in fertility treatment when I'm older and currently doing a project on IVF to learn more about it and how the process affects patients.

Interested in hearing people's experiences of adjuvant luteal phase treatments (in addition to progesterone).

Have heard about the use of low-dose aspirin, heparin and prednisolone to help aid implantation of the embryo but wondered how frequently they are used in practice?

Would be interesting to hear your experiences of these.

Thanks
