Still can't believe

So I got two feint positives on two pregnancy clear blue plus tests and AF still hasn't arrived so the clinic said to take this as a bfp! So I'm overjoyed we both are but so nervous my viability scan isn't until 14th April I have thought alsorts like chemical pregnancy, miscarriage you name it I have thought of it!! Considered doing another test but Hubbie said getting obsessed. I really thought my stress levels would reduce once I got bfp but seems they have increased now for next stage!! I have sore heavy boobs, funny twinges in my sides and waves of nausea if I get a few hours without symptoms I panic instead of enjoying the respite! God they say healthcare professionals are the worst patients and they are so right!!!
