report of my ultrasound shows abnormal liver margins .. this the first time. Always they said in ultrasound report that my liver normal in shape and size .. my question : does these means that my liver get worse ? Note that my liver functions is normal.

Possibly, but could be an operator or reading issue. To be sure, you might try to get a Fibroscan to see if your liver is stiff.
