several days ago,I post a question abut the drug of NAFLD , some friends replied the questions and give me many advises. But acturally , I never drink , and I hardly eat sweets , fruits , Junk food, and I do much physical exercise, but I still got NAFLD , my doctor tells me , what you do is enough ,maybe you have Lipometabolic syndrome.
These days , I think maybe I took too much Metformin ,I have Insulin resistance ,so I take Metformin every days, but these days , I know Metformin will decrease Hepatic glycogen output. maybe the Metformin results in the too much Hepatic glycogen. So I decide to stop eating the Metformin for a while

I am NOT a Dr. and I really wish I had seen this earlier. Please consider heavily your choice to quit taking any medication without medical advice. Same goes for starting new ones. I HOPE things go well for you but this is NOT good practice. PLEASE for your sake and those who you love and care about get some good reliable medical advice from someone who KNOWS what they are talking about and follow whatever medical advice you are given by medical professionals unless you have proof - not just belief - that their recommendations are doing more harm than good. Even then, discuss this with your medical team as well and let them know of your concerns and why you have them... but please don't diagnose and treat yourself. It is a cheaper... but not an exceptionally wise choice. ❤️
