Thanks for posting this link. I listened to the 3 videos found them very helpful and informative. I have NAFLD and hoping to prevent it developing into NASH by diet and exercise. Started off well in the first few months but recently began making more and more unhealthy exceptions. This is just what I needed to renew healthy options and lifestyle. Going to look at the Fatty Liver Foundation website next. Thanks again.

Hi Wayne, bless you and your wife first of all for creating this wonderful site where we can educate ourselves and in turn educate others. The information presented in the 3 videos is excellent for everyone to see. It would be so wonderful if they could be distributed to all PCP’s as it is they who are the first line of defense against this perilous disease. Keep up the great work and thanks!!!
