In my ratio of a low carb diet, it figures out 30 carbs, 134 gr. of protein,89gr. of fat and that figures out 1457 calories, that is figured out by an app I was instructed by liver Dr to use to stay within my low carb diet " My Fitness Pal ". Any thoughts give me a shout !!
Love My Fitness Pal. However which is more important to manage carbs or fats?? My nutritionists says fats. Any thoughts on this???

And that is what I have been told. Keep those fats under control at all costs
