Fatty liver with right chest pain

Hi I am new to this.i have been diagnosed with fatty liver in 2017.i had a really bad tummy ache.i have been to emergency so many times and my gastroenterologist said I have ibs.but I have upper right side pain alot.i also fibromyalgia.i have dry mouth and dry eyes.sleep issues,chronic neck and right shoulder pain.itchy dry skin,occasional bruising.my ultrasound showed 15cm fatty infiltration done in 2017.hada fibroscan which show mild steatosis and 4.5kPa stiffness.which is stage 0-1 fibrosis.

I am very worried and not sure what is causing he right shoulder and chest pain.

My blood show mild alt elevation.

Please if anyone can suggest anything

I wish we could help, but that requires a doc and knowledge of your specific condition. We can't even speculate about that kind of pain. It would not typically be a symptom of fatty liver disease. Your tests don't suggest that the pain if from your liver but pain if often hard to track down and is beyond our ability.
