New here. Recently diagnosed with diabetes and now know I have a fatty liver after liver enzymes were off the chart. Not completely sure what’s going on with my liver right now, but want to try to Be as healthy as I can.

This is the beginning of a voyage of learning and personal experimentation. Your first job is to learn as much as you can about what is happening because lifestyle really does matter. You will find lots of opinions and many will be opposite so you have to cautious of the source but there are a lot of us here on the same path. I can give you a couple of links that will get you started. The important thing to understand is that you will hear that for fibrosis there is no treatment, but diet really is a treatment so what you eat matters.
