Anyone doing a mid-summer fast this weekend?

I might join you - I have put on a few pounds!

I used my body-fat callipers today - and I have, apparently, gained 3kg of fat-free mass in a month! I have been doing a lot of hedge trimming, strimming etc, with a 5kg Stihl!

I think dyslexia is kicking in. I read it as ‘anyone doing a mid-summer feast’ 😂
