Sober...ish in july

Can’t remember which community I was in when I accepted a challenge. I was going to attempt to not drink alcohol. This was mainly because of ‘Barrett’s oesophagus’. The alcohol irritates my stomach but the effects aren’t until the following day. So how did the month go ? I hear you ask. Mixed. Of the 31 days (yes I am counting tomorrow) 26 days alcohol free only 5 slip up days. So onwards and upwards to next month, one day at a time. I don’t call it sober as it implies if your not sober you must be inebriated 🤔

Sounds more like the Weight Loss Forum. They have a Drink Less challenge each month.

A huge well done Arthrath!

I cut down on my alcohol this past month also, and, I feel better for it.

I aim to do even better in August.

Keep at it, and, good luck.
