If you spend time on other forums - help Fasting and Furious to grow by posting about it, or replying to people with condition that (Intermittent) Fasting is good for, and linking to F&F.
Ancel Keys' biased "study" shortened millions of lives - and we try to reverse the damage and extend lives.

Thanks S11m for flagging this up, I've been watching and waiting for this as its is a great achievement, so thanks for your input everyone and for those who've never posted we support all aspects of fasting and safely so it is sustainable.
