Hi everyone,

We had a similar post recently but this one goes into more detail and says about her fasting and diet that helped her achieve this. It is fantastic that this lady went from 17st 11lb to 13st 9lb so I hope this gives others inspiration as losing over 4 stone is no mean feat and I know that she will feel better for it so good for her.

Here's the article in todays Daily Express:

Thank you, Hidden

Useful, accurate information in a newspaper!

I have now lost four stone three pounds since joining Health Unlocked - but, as I took over a year to do it, I hope I am more likely to keep the weight off. If you have not read my "first-year report" see:

She lost 4St 2lb in five months eating 2,500 calories a day, which is over 2½ pounds a day. So she was burning over 3,500 calories a day!

I walk 30 or 40 km per week, and typically (according to my Apple Watch) I burn 2,800 calories per day - so she was doing a great deal of exercise.
