When we are struggling with health issues both physically and mentally our coping mechanisms so easily become overwhelmed and setting goals becomes near impossible. However one step at a time. Writing a list of what you would ideally like to achieve and setting yourself realistic goals and time scales could be a start. One realistic target, for example talking with or confiding in someone you trust about how you feel. Taking a little time for you a short time in the day to do something you find pleasurable. Making sure you are having enough rest/sleep decent food and crash air little things you can start with the most important is being kind to yourself to get yourself in a stronger position to cope with making small changes.
A short walk around the block if you can, even if it's only 10 mins.There are some indoor exercises in the app too if you feel uncomfortable going out.
