Post disimpaction! Overflow or too high dose?

Is this overflow or dose still too high?

My daughter is a withholder and prior to disimpaction we were having 3+ soiling accidents a day and rarely a formed poo on the potty.

We just finished disimpacting my 3 year old 11 days ago after reaching rusty tea and have been gradually reducing (currently on 4 sachets).

While reducing she’s had some sensation with most poos on the potty and the occasional runny one in knickers and even passed the perfect ‘mr whippy’ poo 3 days ago so thought we’d reached our maintenance dose.

The last two days however it’s gone very loose and she’s had accidents in knickers again. Yesterday we had 5 of these in the photo.

She has been poorly this week with a cold and fever and not eaten much.
